At Ibm India Pvt Limited, we are located at 456 Bahawalpur Cghs, on Plot No 1 in Sector 4 of Dwarka. New Delhi 110075 is where we call home. It’s a residential sort of area, so it feels a bit more relaxed than the city center. The apartment complex is quiet, which helps us focus on our tasks. Our office is basically a converted space that fits all our equipment. We don't have a lot of room for extra stuff, so we keep things pretty lean. There are books and manuals stacked up on the shelves, and cables running along the floor. It’s a working office, not a showroom. We usually start the day with coffee and a quick chat about what needs to be done. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we take the stairs. Dwarka has some nice markets nearby where we grab lunch. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We’re just a small team handling our business from this corner of Delhi. The winters get a bit cold in the office, so we keep some sweaters handy. In the summer, the fans are always on full blast. It’s a practical way to work for everyone at Ibm India Pvt Limited. We like the community here and the fact that we’re not in a crowded high-rise. It’s just right for us.
