Gala Mint Events

Our home base is at P-13B, situated between Sector 12 and Sector 6 in Dwarka. It is a quiet enough area and pretty easy to find if you are coming from the main road. We spend a lot of our time out at different venues, but this is where we plan everything out. We handle various parts of event organizing, from figuring out the floor plan to making sure the vendors show up when they are supposed to. It is just a few of us who have been working together for a long time. We do not have a fancy showroom with models or anything. We just use our laptops to show people what we have done before. Dwarka has many parks and community centers where we usually set things up. We have learned the rules for most of the local spots by now. Sometimes a client wants something that just will not work in a small space, so we have to sit down and figure out a better way to do it. It involves a lot of talking and solving little problems before they get big. One day we might be doing a small birthday for a kid, and the next day we are helping with a small business meeting. We do not really stick to one type of event. If someone needs help getting a party organized, we see what we can do. It is mostly about staying organized.
