We have been at this spot in Sector 13A for a while now. Most mornings start with the same routine of opening up the shutters and seeing the traffic start to build up around Dwarka. It is a busy part of New Delhi, and being at 349 makes it easy for folks to find us, even if the parking is a bit of a headache sometimes. We are just a group of people trying to get through the daily tasks. It gets pretty hot in the summer months, so the AC is always running, though it makes a bit of a rattling noise. We don't really have a big fancy reception or anything like that. It's just desks, some old files, and a lot of tea being drunk throughout the afternoon. People often stop by just to ask for directions or see what we are up to. Engineers India isn't some giant shiny skyscraper thing; it's more like a regular workspace where we focus on what is on the table that day. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we end up chatting more than working, which isn't always a bad thing in my opinion. We know the neighbors around here pretty well by now. The tea stall around the corner knows our order by heart. It feels like a real community in this part of Delhi. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing. It is not always exciting, but it is our daily life here.
