You’ll find Engineers India Limited at Flat 443, Sector 4, Plot 8 in the South Delhi Apartments in Dwarka. This is where we set up our engineering office. It’s tucked away in a residential building, so it feels more like a local workplace than a big institution. We spend most of our time here looking at technical plans and trying to solve engineering problems. The office is full of computers and large tables for spreading out drawings. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, but we know where everything is. We don’t use any marketing language or try to sound more important than we are. We are just a team of people doing our jobs. Every day is a bit different, but it usually involves a lot of technical discussions and paperwork. We aren't big on formal meetings or corporate structures. We just sit down and talk about what needs to get done. The atmosphere is pretty casual, though we take the work itself very seriously. Being in the South Delhi Apartments is convenient for us and it keeps things feeling real. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a bunch of slogans on the walls. We just have our tools and our experience.
