Engineers India Limited is based in A 902, Happy Home Apartments, Sector 7, Plot 12A in Dwarka. Being in an apartment complex makes the work environment feel pretty grounded. We aren’t in some high-rise glass tower. Instead, we’re right here in the middle of a residential block in New Delhi. Our daily routine is mostly about looking over engineering specs and managing project timelines. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we do. The office is usually filled with the sound of keyboards and the occasional humming of the air conditioner. We have a lot of files and binders piled up because there is always something to check. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone with corporate talk. We are just a group of engineers and staff members trying to get through the day's tasks. If you come by, you’ll see we are just regular people. We might be in the middle of a heated discussion about a technical problem or just having a quick lunch at our desks. It’s a practical space. We don’t have any decorations to speak of, just what we need to get the job done. Dwarka is a good spot for us, and being in Happy Home Apartments keeps us close to the community. We just focus on the work and try to keep things moving. There is usually someone here late if a project is due soon.
