Destiny

We’ve been operating out of Mehrauli for quite a bit of time now. It’s an old part of the city, and our place fits right in with the narrow lanes. Finding us can be a bit tricky the first time, but once you know the landmarks, it’s easy. We don’t have a big sign outside. It’s just a small doorway that leads into our workspace. We handle various tasks that come our way, mostly helping people get things sorted for their special days. The walls are a bit dusty and the fan makes a clicking sound, but it keeps us cool enough. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting across from people on the plastic chairs we keep in the front. There isn't much of a routine here. Some days are completely quiet and we just sit and read the paper. Other days, it's a mad rush and we don't even have time to eat. We like the neighborhood. It has a lot of character and the tea stalls nearby are excellent. People around here know who we are. We don't do much advertising. We just wait for someone to knock on the door with a question. It’s a simple way to run a business. We stay open late sometimes if there’s a lot to do, but usually we head out before it gets too dark. It isn't perfect, but it works for us and our clients.
