You can find us on the first floor of Plot 136 in Safdarjung Enclave, right near the NCC Ground. Humayun Pur is a busy area, and being near the ground makes it easy for people to locate us. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the logistics of events. Our office is often filled with samples of materials, sketches of floor plans, and lists of things we need to buy. It’s not always the tidiest place, but that’s because we’re always in the middle of preparing for something. We’ve worked on a lot of different setups over the years. It involves a lot of lifting, hauling, and making sure everything is where it should be. Sometimes we’re working late nights to make sure a stage is ready for the next morning. We don’t have a lot of fancy titles here; we all just pitch in where help is needed. If a truck is late, we wait. If something breaks, we fix it. Being in Safdarjung Enclave means we’re centrally located, which helps when we have to run out for supplies at the last minute. We’re just a bunch of regular people who know how to put an event together. It’s practical, hands-on work that keeps us on our feet. We don’t overthink things, we just look at the plan and start building what’s needed for the day. It is a lot of effort, but we like seeing it finished.
