Our office is located in Green Park, in the extension area near the old Uphaar Cinema shopping complex. We are on the first floor at C-1/D. It is a familiar landmark for people who have lived in this part of Delhi for a long time. We spend our workdays managing the logistics for various meetings and group trips. It involves a lot of paperwork and what feels like endless phone calls to hotels and bus companies. We have been doing this for many years now. The office is filled with thick binders and old files from past projects we have finished. We are not the type of people to have a minimalist or modern office space. It feels like a real workplace where people actually get things done. Green Park is a busy neighborhood, so there is always a lot of noise and movement outside our windows. We have a small team here, and most of us have worked together for a long time. We know how to handle it when things change suddenly, which happens a lot with big groups. It is about staying calm when a bus is running late or a hotel room is not ready yet. We do not use much fancy software; we mostly rely on our experience and the notes we keep. It is just a lot of back-and-forth communication every day to make sure everything goes as planned.
