We’ve been here at Nangal Raya 344 A for a long time now. Most people around here know us for the tents and the catering we do for local gatherings. It’s a lot of work, honestly. We spend most of our mornings checking the fabric for the tents and making sure the poles are sturdy enough. Sometimes the weather doesn't help, but we manage. In the kitchen, things get pretty loud when the cooking starts. We use big pots for the curries and there is always someone chopping onions or stirring something. It’s not fancy, just regular food that tastes like it should. We handle the decorations too, mostly just hanging lights and setting up the seating so everyone has a place to sit down. My brother usually handles the transport while I stay back to see if the fabric is draped right. It’s a family thing, really. We don’t have a big office or anything, just our space here where we keep all the stuff. Most of our days are spent on the phone or out at a site making sure the tents don’t blow away if the wind picks up. It’s just what we do every day. People stop by the shop to talk about their dates and we write it all down in a big ledger. It gets a bit dusty in the office, but it works for us.
