Brand Mantra (Marcom Solution Pundits)

Our office is up on the 4th floor at Wz-119. The name Brand Mantra (Marcom Solution Pundits) sounds like a lot, but we are really just a small group working in a room with a decent view. Climbing those stairs keeps us fit, though we’re usually out of breath by the time we reach the top. Once you’re in, it’s just desks, computers, and a lot of coffee cups. We don't have a big polished lobby or a bowl of mints at the front. It’s a working office, plain and simple. We spend our hours talking through ideas and trying to figure out what works for the people we help. It isn't always glamorous. There’s a lot of trial and error involved in what we do every day. We don’t really follow a strict corporate manual. If someone has a good idea, we listen, regardless of who they are. The 4th floor stays relatively quiet compared to the street noise down below, which is helpful. We’ve got a few plants that we sometimes forget to water, but they seem to be hanging on. We aren't trying to change the whole world; we just want to do a solid job on the tasks we have in front of us. It’s a practical approach to work. We show up, we do the work, and we go home. That’s our daily routine here and it works well enough for everyone.
