You can find us over at 41-D in Dilshad Garden. We’ve been running this catering and decorating business for quite a few years now. Most of our days are spent in the kitchen or out at a site setting up tables. It’s a lot of work, and our shoes are usually worn out from all the walking. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us, the pots and pans, and a lot of fabric for the decorations. Dilshad Garden is a nice community, and we’ve served a lot of families here over time. When we’re in the middle of a big job, the kitchen gets really loud and busy. We try to keep things simple and honest. If we say we’ll be there at six, we try our best to be there at six, though the traffic can be a nightmare. We handle both the food and the look of the venue, so it’s a double job really. We aren't trying to be the fanciest company in the city. We just want to provide decent food and a nice-looking space for people to enjoy their day. It’s a family-run feel here, and we treat every job like it’s for a neighbor. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do best. We just keep our heads down and cook.
