Arth Event Managment

Arth Event Managment is based out of a ground floor spot at C-2135A in Sushant Lok, Dwarka. It is a quiet enough corner, though Dwarka is always growing and changing around us. We handle the logistical side of putting together events, which basically means we spend a lot of time on the phone or tracking down suppliers. Our office isn't very big, mostly just some desks and a lot of folders filled with contracts and schedules. We don't really do the big corporate pitch thing. Most of our work comes from people in the neighborhood who need someone to take the stress off their hands for a family gathering or a community function. We spend our days making sure the caterer is coming and the sound system actually works. It can be a bit of a headache when something doesn't show up on time, but we’ve learned how to handle those hiccups over the years. We aren't a huge agency with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us who know how to get things organized. We like working in Dwarka because it’s got a bit of everything and the people here are usually straightforward about what they want. We don’t have a lot of fancy furniture or a reception desk. It’s just a workspace where we get things sorted. We take things one event at a time and try to make sure everything goes as smoothly as it can.
