Our office is over at B-423 in Somdatt Chambers-1. If you know Bhikaji Cama Place, it’s a big busy area with lots of buildings and people rushing around. We’ve been in this particular spot for some time now. It’s a regular office, nothing special to look at. We spend most of our time on the phones or looking at computer screens, trying to sort out travel plans for folks. Sometimes the internet is slow, and that makes things a bit tricky for us, but we manage. People come in to pick up their tickets or just to ask about prices for trips they want to take. It’s a lot of paperwork, honestly. We have maps on the walls that are probably a bit old and faded now. We don't do much advertising at all. Mostly, it's just people who heard about us from someone else they know. It gets pretty loud in the building during lunch hours because there are so many other offices nearby. We usually just eat our lunch at our desks. We deal with buses, trains, and planes every day. It’s a lot of checking and double-checking dates and times. We try not to make mistakes, but we’re human just like anyone else. If a flight gets canceled, it’s a real headache for everyone involved. We just sit here and try to fix it. It’s a job. We like helping people get where they need to go, even if the process is a bit tedious sometimes.
