We are based at Rz 34 in New Roshan Pura, over in the Najafgarh area. It is a bit far from the center of the city, but we like having the extra space here for our trucks and equipment. We handle the food and the decorations for all sorts of local celebrations. Most of the time, it is big weddings where the whole neighborhood is invited. We have a lot of stuff stored in our back rooms, like stacks of plastic chairs and big rolls of red carpet. People in Najafgarh usually want good, simple food and plenty of it, so we make sure our portions are large enough. My family has been in this part of town for a very long time, so we know most of the people who walk through our door. We do not have an office staff or anything like that. If you call us, you will talk to me or one of my brothers. We handle our own deliveries and we set everything up ourselves at the venue. The roads around here can be a bit bumpy, so we have to pack the dishes very carefully in the truck so nothing breaks. We have lost a few plates over the years, but that is just how it goes. We just focus on making sure the food is ready on time and that everyone has a place to sit.
