Woo Distilleries Private Limited

It’s just us over here at Plot N 66 in the Verna Industrial Estate. Most days are pretty loud with the machines running and the heat in the warehouse can get a bit much, especially around noon. We handle the distilling part of things. It isn't fancy work, just a lot of checking tanks and making sure the pipes are clear. We've been at this spot in Salcete for a while now. The morning shift usually starts early before the sun gets too high. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the main gate, which is a pain, but we manage. People think distilling is some glamorous science, but mostly it's just cleaning up spills and watching gauges. We aren't trying to be anything big, just keeping the operations moving along on Phase 4. If you walk by, you'll probably smell the mash or the cleaning alcohol. It’s just how things go here. We have a small crew and most of us have lived around Goa our whole lives. We don't have a big fancy office, just a desk tucked in the corner behind some pallets. The floor is concrete and stained from years of work. Sometimes we sit outside for lunch if there's a breeze. It’s a job and we do it every day. No bells or whistles, just the usual distillery routine in the industrial zone. We spend a lot of time making sure everything is running right without making a fuss.
