Sky Brewery And Distillery (Opc) Private Limited is located down in South Goa, in a place called Margao. Specifically, we’re at Shop No. 42/A, Office No 2 in Pajifond. It’s a bit different from the touristy parts of Goa, more of a local business vibe. The office is small and tucked into the building. We spend our time here dealing with the brewery and distillery side of things. It’s a lot of paperwork and planning. Being in Pajifond means we’re in the heart of the town, so there’s always something going on outside. The office isn't very large, just enough room for a couple of us to work comfortably. We don't have a taproom or a bar here, just the office where the management happens. It can get quite hot in the afternoons, so the fan is always running. We like being in Margao; it feels like the real Goa. Our address at Shop 42/A is easy to miss if you aren't looking closely at the signs. We’ve been here for a bit and we’ve got our routine down. We start early to beat the heat and stay until the work is finished. It’s a simple, honest setup for our business. We just focus on the distillery work and keep things moving forward one day at a time. It isn't anything fancy, but it is exactly what we need to keep the business going.
