We operate out of the Cuncolim Industrial Estate at Plot No. Sa 45, specifically across units 15, 16, and 17. Our address is on Karawar Road, which is the main artery for getting in and out of the estate. Shree Balaji Foods And Beverages is basically a production site. We have a lot of space because we need it for the machinery and the storage of ingredients and finished drinks. Being in an industrial zone means we are surrounded by other people doing similar hard work. The noise of engines and machinery is just the background of our day. We spend most of our time on the floor, checking the lines and making sure nothing has broken down. It’s a lot of physical work and staying alert. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll likely find us in the middle of something. The Karawar Road can get very dusty, especially when the big lorries pass by. We’ve been here for a good amount of time and we know how the estate works. Our team is made up of local people who know the food and beverage business. We don't have any big speeches about what we do. We just make sure the products are made correctly and packed up for delivery. It’s a lot of long hours, but it’s what we do. We just keep the wheels turning every single day in this spot.
