Our place is at house number 628/A in the Molla neighborhood of Sao Jose de Areal. It's a part of Salcete that still feels very much like the old Goa. We operate Saurospirits as a small LLP from this address. It's a residential area mostly, so it's pretty quiet compared to the coastal towns. You won't find big neon signs here, just a regular house where we handle our business. The roads can be a bit narrow and the greenery grows over the walls during the monsoon season. We like being tucked away like this. It allows us to focus on the spirits side of things without too much distraction. Sometimes the neighbors stop by for a chat over the fence. We spend our days sorting out logistics and keeping track of our inventory. It's a lot of manual work and checking lists. Being in South Goa gives us a different perspective than if we were up north. Things move slower here and we’ve learned to appreciate that. The heat in the afternoon can be tough, so we usually start early. We’re just a small group of people trying to build something. There’s no big corporate office, just a desk, some chairs, and plenty of coffee. We handle the paperwork ourselves and try to keep things simple. It's just a local business doing its thing in Sao Jose de Areal, day after day.
