Optimistic Foods Llp operates out of the Cd Signature building in Gogal, Margao. We are up on the fourth floor in Flat No. B 407. It’s a good spot on Regal Street, though being on the fourth floor means we spend a lot of time waiting for the lift or taking the stairs when we are in a hurry. We don't have a typical storefront with windows; it’s just our workspace in the flat. Most of our time is spent managing the food side of the business and making sure everything is organized. The office is pretty basic, just some desks and shelves filled with our products. We aren't a big company with hundreds of employees. It's just a small group of us trying to keep things running smoothly. Margao can be quite noisy and busy, but up here on the fourth floor, it stays relatively quiet. We don't have any fancy marketing materials or a polished corporate image. We just focus on the daily grind of checking orders and getting things shipped out. Sometimes the humidity in South Goa makes the work a bit tiring, but we just keep going. We've been at Cd Signature for a while now and we like the location because it’s easy for our suppliers to find. It’s a simple, practical way to run a food business without all the extra fuss. We just do our work and go home.
