You can find us at H. No. 136 in Dabal, which is down in Quepem, South Goa. Goan Feed Security Fpo Producer Company Limited is a bit of a long name, but what we do is pretty simple to explain. We focus on making sure there is enough feed and security for the local farming community here. Quepem is a bit quieter than the north, and we like it that way. Our office is just a regular house that we’ve turned into a workspace. It feels more like a home than a business sometimes, with people dropping in for tea and a chat about their livestock or their fields. We aren't trying to sell anyone on a big vision. We are just worried about the practical things, like having enough feed when the prices go up or the supply gets short. It’s about looking out for each other. We have a lot of paperwork to deal with because of the way these companies are set up, but we try not to let it get in the way of the actual work. Some days we are out in the fields more than we are in the office. We know the people here and they know us.
