Things are a bit different for us because our main point of contact is linked to the email address kiranyadav.1234@rediffmail.com. While we are part of the Cipla name, we don’t have one of those big glass buildings you might expect. Much of what we do involves a lot of back-and-forth communication. We operate from a small, modest space that isn't really set up for visitors or big meetings. It’s mostly just a desk, a laptop, and a very reliable internet connection. The room is quiet, tucked away from any main roads, which helps with focusing on the endless stream of emails and digital documents we have to process. We don't have a staff of dozens; it's a very small, dedicated group of us making sure everything moves along as it should. There are stacks of paper here and there, mostly notes we’ve taken during calls or reminders for things to check later. It’s a bit of a makeshift office, but it feels right for the way we work. We don't spend time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders because we mostly interact with people through the screen or the phone. It’s about being functional and getting the answers people need. It’s a simple, digital-heavy way of life, and it keeps us busy from morning until late evening most days. Sometimes the internet goes down, and we just have to wait it out, but usually, it's fine and we get right back to the replies.
