We are based down in Margao, Goa, right in the 403602 area. People usually think of Goa as just beaches and holidays, but here in Margao, it is all about the business and the markets. Our office for Cipla Pharma Pvt Ltd is a practical space where we spend most of our daylight hours. The weather can be pretty humid, so we usually have the windows open to catch any air, though that sometimes lets in the noise from the street. It’s a simple building without any of those big shiny signs you see in the cities. Inside, it's mostly just desks, a few filing cabinets that have seen better days, and a lot of pens that always seem to go missing. We focus on getting the pharma supplies moved to where they need to be. It’s a lot of logistical work, checking lists, and talking to drivers. We don't have a big corporate culture here. We’re more likely to be talking about the local football scores or where to get the best lunch nearby while we work. It’s an honest way to make a living. The pace is steady, but we don't rush things to the point of making mistakes. We just stay on top of the paperwork and make sure the local pharmacies get what they need. It’s just us doing our part in the middle of Margao, keeping things simple and functional every day for the community.
