Capital Coffee

You can find Capital Coffee over at Plot No- G 2 in Santa Cruz. We are pretty close to the Goa Medical College, so there is always a lot of activity in this area. It’s a good spot, even if the parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We’ve been here for a while, just handling the daily grind of the coffee business. Our space isn't huge, but it's enough for the roasting and the packing we need to do. Every morning starts the same way, getting the heat going and making sure the beans are moving. It gets hot in here, especially in the afternoons, but we are used to it by now. We aren't a big chain or anything like that. Just a local outfit trying to do things the right way. We don't spend money on fancy marketing or big signs. Most people find us because they live nearby or work at the hospital and hear about us from someone else. The floor is usually covered in a bit of chaff from the beans, and there is always a pot brewing in the corner for whoever is on shift. It’s a bit messy and loud sometimes, but that’s the reality of working with coffee. We just focus on the beans and getting them out to the people who want them. It’s straightforward work for us. We usually close up when the sun goes down and start again early the next day.
