We operate out of D-62 in the Okhla Industrial Area, specifically Phase 1. Okhla is a massive place, and it can be a bit of a maze if you don't know your way around. Our building at D-62 is pretty typical for the area—lots of concrete and a very industrial feel. Y. I. International Private Limited has been based here for some time now. There isn't much in the way of scenery around here, just other factories and offices. The daily commute into Phase 1 can be a struggle with the trucks and the narrow lanes, but that’s just part of the deal when you work in an industrial zone. Inside our space, it’s all about getting the work done. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, you’ll just find us at our desks or in the back checking on things. It’s a straightforward environment. No one here wears a tie unless they absolutely have to. We prefer it that way. Simple, practical, and honest. The air in Okhla always smells a bit like dust and exhaust, but we don't mind it much. We’ve made our space at D-62 comfortable enough for us. It’s where the planning happens and where we manage our day-to-day tasks. We aren't looking to impress anyone with a shiny office; we just want a place that works for our needs. It gets the job done and keeps us close to the heart of the action.
