Sharaf Retail

Sharaf Retail is based out of Lajpat Nagar 4 in New Delhi. Specifically, we are on the second floor of A-135 in Dayanand Colony. It’s a pretty standard Delhi neighborhood, crowded and full of life. Aseem Grover and Deepak Pillai are the ones usually handling things here. Being in retail means there is always something happening, whether it is checking stock or talking to vendors. Our office is tucked away in this residential-commercial mix area, which makes it easy to get around. We don't have a giant showroom with bright lights here; it’s more of an administrative hub where the real planning happens. Lajpat Nagar is a hub for all sorts of trade, so being at this 110024 pin code is quite helpful for us. The stairs to the second floor are a bit narrow, but we manage. We handle a lot of phone calls and emails every single day. It can get a bit chaotic when deliveries are being coordinated, but we’ve found a rhythm that works for our team. We don’t use much corporate jargon around here. We just talk like regular people and try to solve problems as they come up. It's a practical way to run a retail business in a city as fast as Delhi. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but we just keep moving forward with whatever needs doing next in our day.
