Our workplace is at D-133 in Phase I of the Okhla Industrial Estate. It’s exactly what you’d expect from an industrial area—lots of noise, lots of movement, and plenty of dust. We’ve been at Babal Sunny Enterprises for years, and we’ve seen shops come and go. Our building is sturdy and does the job. Inside, it’s mostly workspace. We don't have fancy decorations or plush carpets because they wouldn't last a day here. We spend our hours managing orders and checking the quality of what comes through. It can get pretty hectic when a big order is due, and everyone has to pitch in. We don't really have strict titles; if something needs doing, someone does it. It’s a very hands-on environment. The tea guy comes around twice a day, and that’s usually when we take five minutes to breathe. We like the energy of Okhla. It feels like things are actually being made and moved. We are just one small part of that big machine. We don't spend money on advertising because word of mouth has always worked for us. People know where D-133 is and they know they can just walk in and talk to us. No need for appointments or formalities. It’s just straightforward work between people who know the business. The floor is concrete and has seen a lot of wear over the years. We keep our tools organized, but everything else is a bit of a jumble. It’s an honest place. We don't try to hide that we work here.
