Wellcare Clinic

Wellcare Clinic is located at Shop No 102/18 in the Zakir Nagar-Jamia Nagar area. We are right opposite the Shop Towin, which is a good landmark if you are visiting for the first time. The streets around here are quite narrow and always full of life, with rickshaws and people moving about constantly. Our shop is small, but we’ve made the most of the space. It’s a typical Delhi clinic where you can hear the sounds of the street even when the door is closed. We’ve been here in the 110025 zip code area for some time now. Usually, I spend my time behind the small counter or checking on the equipment. There is nothing very corporate about us; it’s just a place where neighbors come when they aren't feeling well. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint soon, and the overhead fan hums a bit too loudly when it's on high, but it does the job. People usually find us by word of mouth rather than seeing an ad somewhere. We don't have a big staff, so you will likely see the same two or three people every time you walk in. It’s a busy life in Zakir Nagar, and we are just one part of the daily routine here. Most afternoons are spent chatting with regulars or writing things down in our old logbooks. It’s honest work and we stay busy from morning until we close up for the night. The street food smells from nearby often drift in, reminding us it's almost time for a break.
