We are up on the 5th Floor of Senior Plaza, which is right on the Mehrauli Gurgaon Road. It’s a busy building in a very busy part of town. If you’ve ever driven down that road, you know how the traffic can be. We spend our days here in the lab area and the offices. It’s a lot of white walls and technical equipment. It isn't a place for lounging around. We have patients coming in for their tests and samples being brought in all the time. Being on the 5th floor gives us a bit of a view of the road, which is nice when things get stressful. We don’t try to make the place look like a hotel. It looks like a medical facility because that is exactly what it is. The staff here are usually focused on their work, moving from one task to the next. We try to keep things moving as quickly as we can because nobody likes waiting for medical results. The lift in Senior Plaza can be a bit slow sometimes, so we tell people to give themselves a little extra time. We’ve been at this Mehrauli Gurgaon Road location for quite a while now. It’s a good spot because people can find us easily enough once they get to the building. We just do our jobs, handle the paperwork, and try to be as accurate as we can. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we just get on with it every day.
