Insight Diagnostics

Insight Diagnostics is located at G 29 in Sriniwas Puri, New Delhi. We are right there in the middle of a busy residential and commercial mix. People come to us for all sorts of tests and checkups. The waiting area is small and we try to keep it clean, but with so many people coming in, it’s a constant job. We’ve got our lab equipment in the back and the front area is where we handle the registration and the reports. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when it’s a full house. We don’t have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls, just the stuff we need for the daily operations. The staff is usually pretty busy with samples or typing up results. Sriniwas Puri is a place where everyone seems to know everyone else, so we see a lot of familiar faces. We try to get things done as fast as we can because nobody likes waiting for medical results. The traffic on the main road outside is always heavy, so we tell people to give themselves extra time to get here. We’ve been at this G 29 spot for a while and it’s become our second home. We just focus on getting the details right and making sure the machines are running properly. It’s a straightforward medical office with no frills. We do our work, talk to the patients, and keep the records straight as best as we can every day.
