You can find us at 90, Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase III. We are up on the first floor. VENUS-VARDAN PARTNERS LLP has been here for a bit, and it’s a decent spot for a business in South Delhi. The stairs are a little steep, so it’s a bit of a climb every morning, but you get used to it after a week. The office has a lot of windows, so we get some good light during the day, which helps keep the mood up when we have a lot of work to finish. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees; it’s a smaller setup where everyone knows what their job is. There are files stacked on the shelves and a few old calendars on the walls that we forgot to take down. It’s a busy environment because Okhla Phase III is full of companies like ours. Sometimes the power goes out for a few minutes, but the backup kicks in and we just keep going. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a regular kettle and some instant mix. Most of our day is spent handling the partnership details and making sure the paperwork for our clients is in order. It’s a straightforward way of working. We don't try to make it seem more glamorous than it is. It’s just a regular office in a busy part of the city where we do our best to stay organized.
