Twenty First Century Motion Arts Pvt Ltd has an office at the DLF Centre in Greater Kailash, right by the Savitri Cinema complex. Being near a cinema is actually quite fitting for what we do with motion arts. We are on the first floor. It is a decent space, but it’s often cluttered with hard drives, cables, and some old cameras. It isn't a silent office because there is usually someone editing video or checking audio levels. We have some posters on the walls, but they are mostly peeling at the edges. The area is always bustling with people going to the movies or shopping, so there is a lot of energy outside. Inside, we just try to get our projects finished. We don't have a corporate vibe at all. Most of us are in jeans and t-shirts. We’ve been in this spot for several years, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit. The chairs are getting a little worn out, and the kitchen area is just a small corner with a kettle and some biscuits. It’s a place for work, not for showing off. We spend a lot of time sitting in front of screens, making sure the cuts are right and the sound is okay. It’s just a normal day for us, trying to make some art in the middle of a busy city. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, but that’s just how it goes.
