Surge Kitchens Llp is located at 9, Sant Nagar, which is over in the East of Kailash area. It’s a busy little pocket of the city. Our space is pretty functional. We don't spend money on fancy furniture or flashy signs. Most of our day is spent right here at number 9, dealing with the daily grind. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel, with stuff tucked into corners and calendars pinned to the walls. It’s not the kind of place you see in a magazine, but it’s where we get everything done. Sant Nagar has its own vibe, with a lot of small businesses and people moving around constantly. It can be quite noisy outside, but inside we just focus on the work. We’ve got a small setup, just the essentials really. There’s usually someone around to answer the phone or handle the paperwork. We don't use any big words to describe what we do; we just show up and do it. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets blocked by a delivery truck, but that’s just part of being in this neighborhood. We’ve been here at this address for a while and it feels like home now. Surge Kitchens Llp is basically just a group of us working hard in a small office in East of Kailash, making sure everything stays on track.
