Smart Arena Hometown Llp is based at B 20, Second Floor, Maharani Bagh. Maharani Bagh is a well-known area, but our spot is pretty tucked away on the second floor. B 20 is the building number you have to look for. We spend our time working on the hometown projects here. The second floor gets some decent light in the morning, which is nice for a change. It is just a regular office space with some desks and a small pantry for making tea and coffee. We spend a lot of time on our computers and talking to people about what they need for their homes. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of exercise every time a courier comes by with a package. Maharani Bagh can get quite crowded with cars during the evening hours, so we usually try to wrap things up before the traffic gets really bad. It is not a huge team here, just a few of us doing our bit. We have some files stacked up and some samples lying around the place. It feels like a real workspace, a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. The address is easy enough for people to find once they are in the right lane. We do not have any big signs or bright lights outside. It is just a plain door at B 20. We focus on the work at hand and do not worry too much about the rest of the noise.
