Sidwal Refrigeration Inds. (P) Ltd. is located at 108-A in Madangir. We are right behind the DDA Local Shopping Centre in Pushp Vihar, which means it is always a bit chaotic outside our front door. There are shoppers, delivery scooters, and people just passing through all day long. Our building is a bit older, and the paint is peeling in a few spots, but it holds everything we need. Inside, the space is packed with cooling units, metal panels, and spare parts. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes when we have a lot of inventory coming in at once. The office part of the building is just a couple of desks shoved into a corner where the light isn't very good, but we don't spend much time sitting down anyway. We are usually on our feet, checking on the assembly or talking to the technicians. The neighborhood is loud, and you can always hear the sounds of the shopping center filtering through the walls. Parking is a nightmare, so most of us just walk or take the bus if we can. It’s a busy, cramped, and noisy place to work, but it has been our home for a long time now. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers, and that makes it feel like a real community despite the daily stress of the job.
