Shubham Orthopedic Hospital

Shubham Orthopedic Hospital is located right opposite the Tajul Masjid. We’re also quite close to the G. P. O., so it’s a very recognizable part of town. The building is an older one, but it serves its purpose well. We deal mostly with bones and joints, so you’ll see people with casts or crutches around the entrance. It’s a busy area, and parking can be a real headache some days. Inside, it smells like disinfectant and old paper. We have a small waiting area that fills up fast in the mornings. The doctors here stay pretty busy with consultations and small procedures. We don’t have a high-tech lobby or anything like that. It’s just a straightforward hospital where people come to get fixed up. Sometimes the lift is slow, and we have to help people up the stairs. It’s not perfect, but we do what we can with what we have. Most of our patients are from the surrounding neighborhoods. They know us by name, and we know them too. We don't use a lot of medical jargon when we talk to patients. We just explain what’s wrong and how we’re going to help. It’s a practical place for people who just want to get back on their feet and move again. We try to keep things as simple and honest as possible for everyone.
