Panchsheel Orthopaedic & Rehabilitation Clinic

Panchsheel Orthopaedic & Rehabilitation Clinic is down in the basement at S-51/A in Panchsheel Park South. Since we are in the basement, it stays a little cooler down here even when the Delhi sun is hitting hard outside. We are in the 110017 area and we are tucked away from the main road noise for the most part. It is a place for people dealing with bone issues or those needing to get their movement back after an injury. The stairs can be a bit of a challenge for some people, so we try to help them down when they arrive. Inside, it is mostly just the medical equipment and some chairs for waiting. It is not a large place, so you can see everything pretty much at once. We spend our day looking at X-rays and helping people with their physical exercises. It is hard work for the patients, but they keep coming back to finish their sessions. The lighting is a bit bright to make up for the lack of windows, but it works for what we need to do. We do not have a fancy waiting lounge with magazines or coffee machines. It is just a practical space where we focus on the physical stuff. Most of our day is spent one-on-one with people who are trying to walk better or move their arms without pain. It is a simple routine we have followed for years.
