Our place is situated at 4 A, S/F R/S on Arvind Marg. If you know where the NCERT Gate is, then you have basically found us, as we are right across the street. This part of New Delhi feels a bit different because of all the educational and institutional buildings around. We occupy a space that isn't too flashy. The stairs are a bit steep, and the lighting in the hallway flickers once in a while, but it suits us just fine. Searchglass Advisory is just a handful of people trying to keep things organized. Looking out the window, you see a lot of students and professionals walking by all day long. Arvind Marg stays pretty busy, so there is never a dull moment when you look outside. Our desks are usually covered in notebooks and pens because we still like to write things down. It gets quite warm in the summer, so we keep the fans going at full speed. There isn't any corporate art on the walls or anything like that, just a calendar and maybe a few old maps from years ago. We chose this spot because it's easy to describe to people—just tell them to head toward the NCERT gate and look for the building opposite. It’s a simple setup for the kind of work we handle. We don't need a lot of space to get things done, just a quiet corner, a few decent chairs, and a working internet connection to get through the afternoon.
