We operate out of a DDA flat in Kalkaji, specifically on the third floor of the J1 block. It’s a residential area, so it doesn't feel like those cold office parks. You have to walk up the stairs since it's a typical Delhi flat setup. Savills might be a name people recognize, but here in New Delhi 110019, we’re just a small group of people working out of a converted apartment. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of paperwork, but it’s cozy in its own way. From the windows, you can see the rooftops of other flats and the trees lining the street. The neighborhood is pretty quiet during the day when everyone is at school or work. We spend most of our time on calls or looking at property details. It’s not glamorous. There’s a lot of data entry and checking schedules. Sometimes the water pump makes a noise, or the neighbors are moving furniture, but you get used to it. We don't have a big receptionist or a waiting lounge. If someone comes by, we just pull up a chair. We've been in this Kalkaji spot for a while now, and it works for us. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or expensive furniture. We just want to finish the work and maybe grab a snack from the local market after we lock up. It’s just a normal office for normal people.
