S. T. S. Associates

You can find S. T. S. Associates over in Nehru Place at the Skylark 60 building. We are in suite 101. It’s a big building and the area is always buzzing with people. We’ve been here for several years, and the office has definitely taken on a lived-in feel. There are stacks of folders on most of the desks and the shelves are pretty much full. We aren't big on filing things away in digital clouds if we can have a paper copy nearby. It’s a bit old-fashioned, maybe, but it works for us. The office isn't very large, so we all sit pretty close to each other. You get used to the sound of phones ringing and people talking over each other. We don't really have a hierarchy here; everyone just pitches in when there is a lot of work to do. During lunch, we usually go out to one of the stalls nearby or just eat at our desks while we chat. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. We don't use a lot of technical jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We are just a group of associates trying to keep up with the pace of business in one of the busiest parts of the city. Sometimes it gets stressful when deadlines are close, but we usually find a way to laugh about it by the end of the day. It is just part of the job.
