Rostfrei Steels Pvt. Ltd is based on the second floor in unit 211. It’s a modest space, nothing too flashy. When you walk up to the second floor, you’ll see our door. Inside, it’s mostly just us working at our stations. We have a lot of metal samples lying around because that’s what we deal with. It can get a bit cluttered sometimes, especially when a new shipment of materials arrives or we’re in the middle of a big project. We aren't the type of company that has a big marketing team writing fancy slogans. Most of us here just know how to handle the work and we get it done. The lighting in the office could be better, and the chairs are a bit old, but they work fine for us. We’ve been in this spot for a while and we know the neighbors on this floor pretty well. We share the same hallway and sometimes run into each other at the water cooler. It’s a quiet environment for the most part, which helps us focus. We don't have a lot of rules about how things should look as long as the work is correct. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it’s silent. We take it as it comes. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view, though it’s mostly just the street below. We’re just regular people doing regular work here.
