Richa & Co.

Richa & Co. is based at 269 Deshbandhu Apartment in the Kalkaji area. It is a bit different from being in a regular shop because we are inside an apartment complex. It makes things a little quieter, which is nice for getting work done. However, finding a spot for a car can be a real struggle most days. We have been in this apartment for a while, and the rooms are filled with our usual equipment and stacks of paper. It’s not a polished corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a lived-in space where we do our business. Most of the people who work here take the metro to Kalkaji and then walk the rest of the way. We usually have the windows open to let in a breeze, even if it brings in some noise from the main road. Our routine is pretty much the same every day. We come in, make some tea, and get started on the pile of work on our desks. We don't have any slogans or mission statements posted on the walls. We just know what we have to do and we do it. Sometimes the neighbors from the other apartments stop by to ask for something, and we help if we can. It’s a small, local operation, and that suits us just fine. We’ve grown accustomed to the rhythm of this building and the people around us over the years.
