Reliance Money

We are tucked away in Flat No 81C on the second floor of Pocket 12 in Jasola Vihar. Being on the second floor means we don’t get as much foot traffic as a ground-floor shop, but we still stay pretty busy with our regular clients. The office is a bit lived-in, with stacks of papers and folders everywhere. We handle money stuff, so there is always something to file or a record to update. It’s a New Delhi address, so you can imagine it gets pretty noisy outside with the traffic and everything going on in the city. We’ve been in this pocket for a while, and we like the residential feel of the area. It feels more personal than being in a big glass building downtown. We don't have any fancy marketing people telling us what to say; we just talk to people like normal. Our days are filled with phone calls and meetings, and sometimes we stay a bit late just to get the paperwork finished. It’s a lot of staring at screens and checking details, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of it. We just try to be a place where people can come and get their questions answered without any fuss. It's a modest setup, but it works for us and the people who visit from around the neighborhood. We spend our time making sure everything is done right.
