We have been operating out of the Mohan Co-Operative Industrial Estate for quite a while now. Our office is tucked away in the B1 Extension area. It’s a busy place with lots of trucks coming in and out of the estate all day long. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a regular brick and concrete setup that gets the job done. Inside, the desks are usually covered in blueprints and various soil reports because that is what we spend most of our time on. We aren't really the type to have big meetings or fancy presentations. Usually, it is just a few of us sitting around a computer screen trying to figure out a technical drawing. The air conditioner in the main room makes a bit of a humming noise, but you get used to it after ten minutes. We usually bring our own lunch from home and eat it at our desks while scrolling through our phones. The traffic on the main road outside can be really loud in the evenings when everyone is trying to leave the estate at once. Sometimes we stay a bit late to finish up some calculations if a site is waiting for them. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people doing their jobs. We’ve seen other businesses come and go in this block, but we have stayed put at E11 for years. It’s a solid spot for us.
