Jacobs Engineering

Being right across from Deshbandhu College means there is always a lot of energy around Jacobs Engineering. Our address is 19 14 in Kalkaji, and the Delhi heat really hits this street in the summer. You can hear the students talking and the rickshaws honking all day long. We don’t have a massive building; it’s a functional space that fits what we do. Inside, there are blueprints scattered around and a few computers that have seen better days. We do engineering tasks for various people and companies. It’s not the kind of place where we wear suits. Usually, it’s just jeans and a shirt because the work gets a bit dusty sometimes. We know the local shops nearby and usually grab some snacks from the vendors during our breaks. The office is a bit crowded with shelves full of old files and project folders from years ago. We don’t throw much away because you never know when you might need an old drawing. It gets busy during the middle of the week, and the phones don't stop ringing. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to step outside for a bit to get a signal. It’s a very normal Delhi office. We don't try to look like a big multinational; we just focus on the engineering stuff we are supposed to finish. It’s a decent place to spend the day working with a good team.
