R L Walecha & Associates Pvt Ltd is at No 8 in the R Block of Sanjay Market. This is in Greater Kailash 1, quite close to Nehru Place. Being near Nehru Place means there’s always a lot of activity around, though our bit of the market is slightly tucked away. The office is a bit of a mix of things. We have a lot of old furniture and some newer computers. It’s a private limited company, but it doesn't feel like those big ones you see on TV. It’s more like a family-run kind of vibe. We spend a lot of time here, often eating our lunch at our desks while we talk about the day. The windows look out onto the market, so there’s always something to see, like the tea sellers or people moving boxes. It gets busy during the middle of the day, and the parking near R Block can be a nightmare if you don’t get here early. We have a small pantry where we make coffee, but mostly we just stick to the work. It’s a functional space that hasn't changed much in the last few years. We don’t have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a few old photos. People find us because they know the Sanjay Market area well. It’s a solid place to work from, even if it gets a bit noisy during the festival seasons.
