Psr Internatiuonal India is based at C-225 in Lajpat Nagar I. It’s a residential area mostly, so our office is in a converted part of a building. It’s quiet compared to the main market area. We spend most of our hours on the phone or typing away on computers. We deal with international trade, which means we have to worry about time zones a lot. Sometimes I’m here late because someone in another country just started their day. The office is full of files and old folders that we haven’t thrown away yet. There’s a small balcony where we go to get some air when the work gets too much. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small team of us trying to make things work. We’ve been at C-225 for a good stretch of time. Lajpat Nagar I is a nice place to be. You can hear the vegetable sellers calling out in the street during the day. We have a small pantry where we make our own coffee because we need it to stay sharp. It’s not a fancy setup, but it’s ours. We handle a lot of logistics and shipping documents. It’s mostly about making sure things get from point A to point B without too much trouble. Sometimes there are delays at the port and we have to scramble to fix things. That’s just the nature of this business. We do our best, lock up the door, and head home when the job is done for the day.
