Property Consultants is located over at G 5 in Aggarwal Bhawan, which is right in the middle of Nehru Place. If you know Nehru Place, you know it’s always crowded and everyone is in a hurry. We spend most of our time here dealing with different kinds of paperwork and meeting folks who are looking for a space. Our office isn’t huge but it fits us just fine. We have files piled up on the desks and the phone rings quite a bit throughout the day. Aggarwal Bhawan has a lot of other businesses too, so it gets noisy in the hallways sometimes. We just sit here and talk to people about what they need, whether it's an office or a place to stay. It’s not a polished corporate job. Most days it’s just about understanding what someone is looking for and trying to find something that works. We go out a lot to show different spots around the area. Sometimes the lifts in these buildings are slow so we take the stairs. Nehru Place has its own rhythm and we’ve been part of it for a good amount of time. We don't use big words or try to act like we know everything. We just know the buildings around here pretty well. It's a simple operation and we like it that way. Most of the time we are just busy with the small details of property and rents.
