Nayyar & Associates

We are located at Gl 4 in Ansal Bhawan, which is over at 16 Kasturba Gandhi Marg. It’s right near Barakhambha Road, so it’s a pretty central spot to be in. Nayyar & Associates has been operating out of this building for quite a bit. It’s a big building, so sometimes people get a little lost trying to find the right floor, but once you get to Gl 4, you’re there. The office isn't anything spectacular, just a functional space with desks, some chairs for visitors, and filing cabinets filled with years of records. We do a lot of paperwork here. That’s the bulk of what we do every single day. It’s quiet inside for the most part, which is good because the street outside can get really noisy with all the traffic coming off Barakhambha Road. We don't have a huge staff, just a small group of us who have worked together for a long time. We know how each other works, so things get done without having to talk about it too much. We aren't into big marketing pushes or anything like that. We just focus on the clients who come in and try to give them the time they need. It’s a busy part of the city, but we’ve made our own little routine here that seems to work out just fine for everyone involved. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to file, but we usually try to head out before the evening rush gets too bad.
