We are based at No.B-284 in the Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-1. If you’ve spent any time in Okhla, you know it’s a place that never really stops moving. There are always trucks idling in the street and people moving crates back and forth. Our building is right in the thick of it, surrounded by other warehouses and small factories. It gets quite dusty and loud throughout the day, so we usually keep the doors closed to get some peace while we work on the accounts. Our office is a bit of a mess sometimes, with papers piled up on the desks and samples of materials sitting in the corners. We aren't really concerned with looking like a big corporate firm; we just want to make sure the work gets done correctly. Most of our time is spent coordinating with the drivers and making sure the supplies are moving out on schedule. It can be quite a headache when the traffic gets blocked up on the main road, but that is just part of being in this part of Delhi. We have a small crew that has been with us for years, so we all know the routine pretty well by now. We don't have any mission statements or fancy goals on the wall. We just show up every morning and handle whatever comes our way until it's time to lock up and head for home.
