We have been here at 1036/9 in the Gobindpuri area for quite a while now. Kalkaji is a really busy part of New Delhi, and we just try to keep things running smoothly for everyone who comes through our door. It is not a fancy place with big glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a regular spot where we handle health stuff every single day. Most of us who live in New Delhi know how crowded the streets can get, so we try to make our office a bit of a calm corner for people. The office is easy enough to find if you know the street, but sometimes the traffic makes it a bit of a challenge. We started out because there was a real need for something close by in this neighborhood. Our staff is mostly local folks who actually live around here and understand the area well. Sometimes the waiting area gets pretty full, especially on a Monday morning, but that is just how it goes. We deal with all sorts of regular checkups and everyday health questions that people have. It is a very simple setup. We handle the paperwork and the patients as they come in. It’s a job we take seriously even if the office feels a bit lived-in and comfortable. People know us by name around here, and we like that. It makes a big difference when you see the same familiar faces every time you walk in.
